Er. Wang Heng Sey has over 33 years of experience in a wide range of engineering consultancy works, including facilities management and operations. He is a registered Mechanical Professional Engineer in Singapore and a member of the Institute of Engineering, Singapore.
He has been involved in engineering design, due diligence studies and lead team in the M&E design and installation works for commercial, institutional and industrial projects. Notable projects include Capital Tower, One Raffle Quay, LTA- Dhoby Ghaut Station, Integrated Resorts, Hotels projects, Pharmaceutical projects, Army Camps and Mission Critical projects such as Data Centres.
He has been involved in the BCA Greenmark submission for projects involving replacing chiller plants in Singapore.
He has also managed the Universal Studio Singapore project at the Integrated Resorts and University Campus projects.
Er. Tong Ween Kai has over 24 years of experience in electrical consulting services. He is a registered Electrical Professional Engineer and an EMA Licensed Electrical Engineer (22kV). He started his career as a Service, Testing and Commissioning Engineer for electrical equipment such as switchgear and variable speed drives and a design engineer for low voltage switchboards. Subsequently, he marketed products for medium and low-voltage equipment before joining the Built Environment Industry.
In the Consulting Services, he was involved in designing electrical systems for projects and supervising shutdown maintenance works for Electrical equipment. Notable projects involved are the LTA Downtown line 2 and 3, Integrated Resort at MBS, Mission Critical projects, Hotel projects, Pharmaceutical projects, Solar Panel and Biomass projects. He had gained extensive practical experience working in high and low-voltage electrical distribution and electrical system areas for mission-critical and Data Centre environments.
He is proficient in computer systems for electrical analysis software such as ETAP and Vip Coda. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer and Trainer in Local Institutions. He has delivered topics in Electrical Installation Design and Power Transmission and Distribution systems.
